Can the G2 be used with Canon's EF lens or
can it only work with the special teleconverter types at 2x or 3x zoom? Anyone with ideas? |

The G2 cannot be used with any of the Canon EF lenses. The EF lenses are made for Canon's film SLRs and DSLRs, not consumer/prosumer digicams.
I believe there are some teleconverters than can be used with the G2. |

the teleCs are also diff types...
SLR teleCs are fixed between the lens and body, and dun work in any other way. while prosoomer uses basically a telescope attached to the end of the normal lens, as is the wideC...

Thanks for the reply. I was just toying with the idea
since I might be able to find an extra lens somewhere. Anyone using the teleconverters for the G2? Can share your experiences? ![]() |
