Default FIRE at Punggol 220205

Another bush fire today...

1. The fire grew bigger after this shot ..

2. Strong winds helped fan the fire...see the lallangs

3. Our brave SCDF evaluating the problem..

4. chk out the background heat..

5. Uphill task as fire trucks could not get in...only using the small fire truck to channel water from the main road

This is the tip of the iceberg. There are already 4 major patches of greenary already destroyed by the fires. Now that's really sad!

i wonder how bad the bush fire in neighbouring country, from looks of it, we might need to do another photoaid

photoaid for the bush fire victims... (donate water to water the plants...)

think the authorities should try to do something, like get fireman to water the plants regularly...

Well, prevention is better than cure.
That's what I learnt from the firemen in primary school...

I support the watering of plants...

70-200 la...we got quite close..hiding behind the wind direction. After a few minutes, the wind changed direction and we were caught in it and decided to move on...quite big anyway.
