Default Different method of IR Toning

i commented on his image and asked him about it. this is his reply

From his description, he's taken his B&W IR shot and added the green to the grass with the green filter in CS. He then used the Nik Colour Effects set of filter plugins for Photoshop, using the brilliance/warmth filter to add a bit of blue to the sky.
