Oh yes, I also realised you have applied some perspective control over the pictures, which someone has already pointed out. Which PC or DC lens did you use?
jas, can't blame the eyes for the focus point on the stem is really a small area. i had to focus really hard.

let's just list it as some camera and some lens.

perhaps next time i'll use a bigger aperture and have a broader DOF.

    thanks for ur pointers!

I love the capsicium shot... vibrant in color but the composition can be improved.

The brinjal shot gets my vote for feel

Interesting theme - making something interesting out of everyday stuff.

The shots would be better with more depth of field. Nice colours, maybe you can call your project United Colours of Vegetables!

P.S. doesn't eggplant = brinjal? Always thought they were the same

ok ok... response for my vege workshop not bad, 1 reply in 4 minutes!

If response really good, I will go open another thread so as not to crash cheesecake thread.

    My scope of the workshop:

Get to know, in & out, your dearest vegetables better, the name, the family name, its nutritional value, how to grow vegetables, how to approach vegetables on the street and on the plate, how to cook, how to eat, how to shoot vegetables before and after they are cooked... the topic is endless....

    Hi Cheesecake,

Great work there on the vege series.

I had done some vege pixs some years ago. Inspired by you, I've decided to share my veggies as well.

Look for the thread: A different veggie series - which I will post right after this.

    Cheers,
