Looks very bad. Thank goodness no one has been hurt in the fires thus far.

that may have been the cause of the hazy skies around 1800 hours when i woke up from my afternoon rest today.

Location is between Tampines Ave 9 and TPE. Closest road is end of tampines st 43.
As the wind was very strong, there wasn't a BIG fire. Small fires being blown quickly by the wind, causing an entire stretch to be burnt very fast.

Is that why the air is so bad today?

eawtan: maybe can try an IR shot with that in future (if there's still the chance) and see what's the effect. I think it'll look cool, and it isn't very often such fires occur in singapore.

White trees with.. (what colour) flames..
