interesting....how do u do the PS?

but i prefer to see all their expressions

PS steps:

1. Duplicate layer
2. On duplicate layer, using elliptical marquee tool, select the portion you want to focus on.
3. Inverse selection, feather (50)
4. Filter>Blur>Radial Blur (Amount - 45, Blur method- zoom, Quality-good)
5. Adjust the zoom centre to wherever you want
6. Okay and voila.

Facial expressions have been concealed to protect the innocent... haha..

nice work man on the 1 image... i think should add some ray of light kinda stuff to put more impact
