    Hi all...


    This workshop adopts the hands-on approach in enabling the participants to appreciate the art of seeing. This workshop allows a maximum of 5 students per class to make the outing session manageable. Participants shall follow the instructor in outings where he shall on the spot teaches the participants how to spot potential subjects, how to approach the subjects and what techniques to capture on film.

    Duration : 4 sessions, 2 to 3 hours per session (total 15 hrs)

    Course Fee : S$200 (member), S$300 (non-member).

    Language : English

    Pre-requisite : Basic Photography Course

    Instructor : Steven Yee Pui Chung

    Lesson 1 (Steven):

    Briefing (1 hr) -- weekday night

    Lesson 2 (Steven):

    Outing Saturday, 8am to 11am, 6pm to 9pm

    Lesson 3 (Steven):

    Outing Sunday, 3pm to 9pm

    Lesson 4 (Steven):

    Photo critique and image editing (2 hrs) weekday


    There is no assessment for this workshop. Certificate of participation will be issued to participants who satisfy the attendance requirement.

    Option 1:
    Lesson 1: start 24th Feb, 7.30pm to 8.30pm
    Lesson 2: 26th Feb, 8am to 11am, 6pm to 9pm
    Lesson 3: 27th Feb, 3pm to 9pm
    Lesson 4: 3rd March, 7.30pm to 9.30pm

    Option 2:
    Lesson 1: start 17th March, 7.30pm to 8.30pm
    Lesson 2: 19th March, 8am to 11am, 6pm to 9pm
    Lesson 3: 20th March, 3pm to 9pm
    Lesson 4: 24th March, 7.30pm to 9.30pm


    Minimum 3 students to start the class. Maximum 5 students per class.

    A photographer's eye is something that cannot be trained. Each sees things differently. One man's poison is another man's medicine ..... but with the correct spotting techniques and knowing what to observe, it will cut down the things to see, giving more time for creativity to work .....

    A workshop worth going for !!!!
