for refresh, this was the thread we had been talking about uw fashion shoot
it has been almost exactly a year! ok, after having been refreshed from previously discussed, i think we do a first time not-so-glam photoshoot la, treat it like an experiment. models are the photogs, on a rotating basis, say, half an hour each person. we try to do without goggles for models, but if it is too painful.. then... maybe bo bian la, wear back the goggles lo... since we cant afford ozonated water now the only issue is location. and i think each time it should be a relatively small group, maybe five people each session? |

swimming pool near novena,
$30/lane/hour $1/entry if we only need 1m of water i think can neg for a different price, the $30/lane/hr one is based on the main pool, shallow end is 1m, deep end is 2.75m they have stadium lights lighting up the whole pool at night. interested? would be nice if we can have children as models, they are more natural Last edited by lovells19; 17th February 2005 at 11:31 AM. |

using jason and kng as pawns....Maybe can attract the PRETTY FEMALES to come along. Then we literally drag them into the water.
Jason, can try leopard's friends? (Leopard will do nicely actually, but the Lion King is behind) |

Anyway, back to the original topic, i think you need to find models who are extremely comfortable underwater. Just check this out - her eyes are wide open, smiling and does not look as if she's desperately holding her breath. Damn professional: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/fea...rwater_01.html btw, there was a 'behind the scenes' feature about the sports illustrated swinsuit edition recently on cable tv... amazing!! these models are able to open their eyes comfortably, because the water is not chlorinated, it is ozonated. as per the old thread, the water ph was 74 (sounds funny, 7.4?)
how to find a model who is pretty, and can pose, and can swim around nicely, and can open eyes naturally in the water comfortably? i think thats difficult lo. what we can do is each time the model goes in, it will only be for like five short bursts, then the model rests. then another model. maybe two to three models? then we can have a fun session we ourselves pose... take it as knowing how to pose, the difficulties, then we can better tell the models how to pose. |

How about going to shoot the underwater hockey team playing at Queenstown pool? I am sure they are comfatable underwater, swim around easily, can twist and turn their boby when getting the pug (hopefully = pliable and can pose).
Anyone familiar with them? |

wa, be glad if they allow us to take photo .... we may end up hindering them playing hockey ... at most i think four photogs, and have to stay on the sides... ok, taking photos of uw hockey is one choice.. but surely we can do more than that? |
