My guess is that it's likely to be a 300/2.8 or similar. The clue however is in the handle and lens mount, however at present the exact manufacturer elludes me and I don't have time to go search the net, however it's not going to be too hard to find it methinks given there are few lens manufacturers who've made 3rd party fast big glass.
