Default Humidity Level of Dry Cabinets

Can you guys tell me the humidity level of your dry cabinets. Mine are registering at 45 pecent. Cameras bodies and lenses are stored in these cabinets. Is this too dry or just right or should it be at some other settings?

Thought the instruction manual did mention the humidity level for camera equipment? It is supposed to be at 45-55%. Too low might dry the gease in the len over time.

Does grease contain water? If not, what component would dry up faster in a low humidity environment? What am I overlooking here?
