Interesting option... wonder if the image performance will be the same (or at least comparable) as the original 20D for normal photography if you put a hot mirror filter in front of the lens.

Certainly very specialised. Won't have to do major surgery like I've seen examples of removing the AA filter on D70 and 300D.

interesting, think i will get this as backup instead of changing to MKII
