    I think is the Nicad have memory effect,during the day I play RC car,a good charger can reduce this effect but cost about S$500. just to keep the battery pack in good condition,of coz with matched battery,NiMH also have memory effect but building slowly and can be recondition by using the battery in 3 full cycle,one cycle = use up all the battry juice and charge it up fully.

    NiCad has memory efffect. ie, better to use up completely before recharging.
