    Default Moonfest Chinese Opera

This coming weekend on 28th to 30th September, there will be a huge celebration at the Esplanade for the Mooncake Festival where 3 Chinese Opera troupes will be performing at the open air stage "the Edge". Admission is FREE. Organized and championed by former TCS actor and Opera enthusiast Nick Shen, a lot of other activities and vendors are planned to recreate that good-ole-times feeling, so bring your cameras and your family along to enjoy the performances, the food and the ambience!

    Thanks for the info, daredevil123.

May I know which one is The Edge? Not much info I can find on esplanade official website. I downloaded the PDF map and it only shows me direction to The Edge, not the exact place itself.

went down last night also wondering where the edge is. it is actually further down left from the outdoor stage (if u are facing the outdoor stage having exit esplanade). they actually constructed a stage with lots of seats so you cant really miss it.

From the outdoor theatre, walk towards the floating platform, you won't miss the stage there.
