Got this from a Japanese friend.

If its as good as it shows on the brochure, Pentax sure got a 'godly' camera for aps-c dslr.

Sorry guys, thats all I've got.
Could even be that right side photo (K5iis) just has more contrast.
I guess we will know soon enough once better samples are avaliable.

The flowers on the right side have more detailing than the flowers on the left photo. May be my imagination.

The right image seems to be slightly more detailed... But too small to see clearly... I assume it's 100% view so it's should be alot more details if we consider the whole image...

The brochure apparently shows the original photos just on top of the crops.
You can see the red lines showing where the crops came from.

I stare stare stare and looks like right side is sharper (rather, has more details).. So guess... After all 50% right?

IIRC, previous discussions on K5 had mentioned time and time again that the AA filter on the K5 is quite strong which has some amount of impact on the output image sharpness.

So by right, based on that logic, the K5 IIs should give a much sharper output since that offensive (apparently) AA filter is removed.

WK...asked your fren to send a bigger picture. Or else you will have too many guys squinting until cross eye.. and still can't see the difference

The difference between the D800 and D800E is also pretty slim.

Wah!!! Really better details lei! As in sharper! Look at the details of the pink flower and compare.. More definition of the petals and look at the biggest leaf top left.. You can see more "veins" of the leaf on the right one!

Sorry guys, I'm pretty sure the photo was larger than this when I saw it on my office PC, but I had to send it via my HP and seems like its a much smaller photo.
I'll re-check the one on the office PC.

Edit - Must be the compression on Flickr, image is correct size, but the file looks more detailed that the linked one on flickr

    More samples.
This time compared to a 24mp FF camera.

Really impressive stuff if the difference is really showing up on prints as shown, its going to be even more prominent on PC.

Click on the photos on the webpage to see full size samples.
