Thread: Eye-fi SD Card

    Default Eye-fi SD Card

Can anybody tell me where to buy Eye-fi card in Singapore?
If you have used an Eye-fi SD card before, can you share your experience with it. Is it worth using the Eye-fi card on my Canon G1X. Thanks

Click on the search box in the top right and type: Eye Fi
Lots and lots on sale, with threads on where to buy, etc etc etc

Thank you Rashkae. Got it. They are quite expensive and I am not sure whether it will work on my camera Canon G1X. Thanks

Go to a shop and test. Or check online. I googled for "does eye fi work with Canon G1X" and found some good discussions with results. After all, if you read the G1X specs, you would see it's specifically Eye-Fi compliant.

Would be good to know if it works. I bought my Eye-Fi from Orient Photo a few months back. Works nice. I recently saw a Panasonic card that was capable of sending both ways in Thailand. Price I believe was less, are those available locally yet? I believe a recent release..and another consideration.

Accuracy depends on the number of open WiFi networks lingering about..

Can eye-fi connect to router's wifi as I may need to move more than 10 metres from my laptop and can this extend the wifi range?
