    Default A question.

When resizing a image, is there anything that is lost in the process?
Life's simplicity can sometimes be complicated. Photography is a art in itself.

It would really be helpful if you would use more descriptive titles.

If you're reducing the pixel size of your image, there is obviously a loss of detail. You also lose detail from interpolation and compression losses, if you use a lossy compression method such as JPEG. With lossy compression, you lose detail even without resizing or otherwise altering the image, just be re-saving the file.
