don't know how to adjust settings on Metz 32-1 flash. pls help!

hi, i've gotten a second hand Metz 32-1 for my 602z not long ago, and i don't know how to complete the settings to get it to just 1/4 power flash. I'm currently doing reversed lens macro on my cam.

can any kind soul who uses or have used this flash advise me on how to get the correct settings? thanks alot!!
