    NUS/NTU offers are quite good. If you know someone there, go for the notebooks.

    just one question
    i got the acer notebook but then on the LCD got one red dot (i think is pixel prob) will they change it if i bring back within 3days

    from what I heard, dead pixels of below some number (6?) are considered as acceptable by LCD manufacturer. User has the right to reject the LCD screen when they spot it...but the manufacturer (or shop) can reject your return request when you have brought the LCD out of the shop (sold).

    LCD screen is a combination of many dot dot (light). You can call it pixel too. Dead pixel mean one of the light/dot is dead.
