Is this considered as IR photography?

Got this IR filter from a fellow CSnappers thru MO. Not too sure of the wavelength, but effect is different from R72.

should be, there are various ir effects after all, but what filter is this? elp?

looks like it. might be a different spectrum from the HOYA R72.
