I used peppermint in the car, I find that it has a calming effect and I don't get upset so easily.

The peppermint oil that I bought frm body shop smells like I'm baking cakes in my room whenever I burn it.

    Fortunately, I'd finished it.

oh actually I just drop a few drops on the car carpet before driving to work (and into the jam!). I find the peppermint from bodyshop has a sharp aroma. I got mine bottle (years ago) which is a swiss brand, it has a sweeter smell.

    Too sharp for my liking.

    I'd ordered this:

    Frm here: http://www.shoyeido.com/

    Waiting for it to come.

I got the Rose Xiang Do when I went to Japan last year. Really got a sweet smell. My family ain't complaining when I burn incense, the only person complaining is my friend... He says my room smells like a temple. Maybe I shld buy incense instead of those oils?

I like Citrus from harnn.com. It's quite pungent.

    Peppermint and Eucalyptus.

sometimes use each on it's own, sometimes blend the two

    Blending?

I tried Lavender and a Peppermint mix. One smells like pesticide and another smells like peppermint cakes. Nevertheless it left me with a pretty bad experience and woke up with a real bad headache.

Maybe Body Shop's oils are too sharp liao. Anyone got any place to recommend for aromatherapy oils and stuff like dat?
