Default D70 cannot shoot with mirror locked up?

I know D70 allows mirror lock up but dont think can shoot at the same time to prevent vibrations for long shutter speeds? Am I right or wrong?

The mirror lockup is for the purpose of CCD cleaning only.

As I saw asked in another forum, "has anybody experienced a spoilt shot from lack of mirror lock-up in a long exposure?" If so I've never heard of it. Does it really affect your shooting??

Totally OT but, sabaisabai - can you tell me what "sabai sabai" means ? It's just that I have a t-shirt from Shell Malaysia with the words "Sabai Sabai 2" on it and I have no idea what it means.
