I bought about AU$95 of Instax film from Ebayer camera-girl (in February).
A month later (March), nothing received, I contacted the seller and they said they would reship.
I lodged the Paypal dispute and waited.
April, still not received, seller said they would reship....then the Paypal dispute expired.
August, I'm unable to contact the seller at all (I could not even buy another item from the seller as the seller blocked me from buying from them!!!), so I could not leave feedback.
I contacted Ebay who instructed me how to contact the seller (send message via ebay), and no response.
So I called Paypal who told me that since the dispute is closed, they can't take money from the seller's paypal account, and I can't get my money back.
Next time I won't trust the seller when they said they would reship (they say this, knowing that the Paypal dispute will expire).
And I won't buy from camera-girl again (I can't, anyway!)

This seller has 99.6% rating but when you look closer there is 39 negative feedback in 12 months many saying non-receipt of goods and no refund. I will be more careful. Safer to just escalate dispute before deadline. Thanks.
I hardly get things from ebay unless its small items n price is cheap. On top of that, seller rating high. Got once, got a graphic card from canada. After some time, spoilt! Luckily manage to get help feom hk n local n upgrade for me a new one somemore. So, ebay items, not confirm good one. Ha ha!

Only one idiot kid tried to scam us say never receive the item but signed for it at his house.... lucky paypal not so stupid to believe the kid.
