Hello IRMan(if you are out there) or any IR film shooters,
I may want to try IR film soon, just have some queries on developing and camera settings. I remembered you developes your own films, just wondering what's the process like, any diff from normal B/W film developing? What about camera settings? Tentatively, I am using Canonet QL17 GIII, fixed lens rangefinder, its a fully manual, both aperture & shutter can be set. So normally what settings do you use? Lastly, last meet-up with you, you mentioned you teach IR Photography in Singapore Photography Society, you still doing that? Does your course covers my queries? Cheers Max 2.8 |

Didn't want to start another thread, I went out today wanting to shoot some IR in the city, end up forgotten to bring step-up ring! So I shot some city scenes in silhouette instead. Nothing IR, just want to share these shots with my IR friends.
Here's the link, check it out! Cheers Max 2.8 |

I think may be the bush fire that happened this afternoon...no lah, I think I dodged too much, was trying to create more depth. Focus are all on foreground silhouettes.

Just browse through the PSS website, no course details. But found out that the membership is $80 for 2 years.

That is about $40 a year.
about $3.33 per month. Okay lah....but see if IRman got a better deal loh. I am more interested in learning to use the darkroom which I think is covered in his course. the other time I got the brochure for the course. glance through and forgets where i put it. ![]() |

Can you find out more about it before we really start a new thread? Actually, its better if IR Man do it himself. |
