i think that you did a good job on blurring the bg and sharpening the subject. the contrast is rather neat maybe even a little excessive, unfortunately, the hanging stone, rope, texture, or colours really doesn't do it for me.

but the same technic can be iterated onto other subjects, and undoubtedly, you will find better subjects
