Needles Found in Sandwiches on Four Delta Flights - ABC News

    • What is the motive?
    • Why only Delta Airlines (a US airline) targeted, on a flight bound for USA?
    • Painful and horrible death if the needle is not discovered and eaten into stomach.
    • Is this a sinister "brain-storming" by terrorists to invent new ways to harm?
    • Disgruntled employee of food caterer?
    • The passenger can sue the airline?
    • Danger of spawning copy-cat-me-too food tampering by criminals affecting other airlines.

Reminded me of an old incident when I started working some years back where broken razor blade shards were found embedded within a slab of fish cake.

Cliché, but always see what you eat.
