hi there are many shops in Chinatown. People park centre (the building with MACdonald). go there and check it out. first remit, choose small amount first

Depending on the bank, you can do it through iBanking, direct remittance with a small fee.

If you don't trust small shops... then your choice is clear... Western Union. Be warn... if the amount isn't small... the fee won't be cheap.

If large amounts are involved, best go to banks, they are the safest. For remittances to China, can go to Bank of China in Singapore. Depending on the location/city in China & the local banks there, money can be remitted using bank draft (mailed to beneficiary) or via telegraphic transfer. Why dont you drop by the bank & make some inquiries.
