Default One difficult skittish bird to catch...

Cheong with ccplim this morning and managed to catch is skittish little fellow.

Well done joe nice catch of the Ashy. Always loved the one bird, one branch shot.

I'm unable to cheong with you and ccplim today due to work commitment, how's the session? Hope I will be free by next weekend to cheong with you guys again.

havent had the time to go shooting birds recently... going to khao yai national park soon to take though! but that's next month... a couple of week's time! will post my pix then!!! hehe

Didn't see much birds around after that but did managed to came across some signs of hope. Try getting a few shots but the lighting at that point of time was really challanging. Hopefully, some of the shots can make it to be shared with all the bros here..

ccplim, your shots are pretty good... seen some of em. youre using a 50-500 right? how's the focusing speed? its a HSM lens too if im not wrong?

Thanks bro! My shots all so so only lah. Still cannot compare with lots of bros here

50-500 is a very good lens under bright condition though the HSM focusing speed still cannot fight with both USM and AFS.

If we get the chance to meetup, I don't mind let you have a feel of it

Practice makes perfect. Shoot more and you will be there very soon.

I thought you have some very good shots with your 200-400? Why want to sell it away?
