The parameters doesn't affect RAW photos, only JPEG

The parameters DO affect RAW photos. I just did a comparison of the various settings.

I used to have Parameter 1. Lately I customised so now it is Setting 1.

Can anyone teach me how to check the shutter count? Because I will want to know whether when I purchase, need to camera been used before.

you cannot do it by yourself, go to canon service centre and pay $22 if you want a piece of mind. that i'm afraid is the only method i know off.
