Anybody aware of the dynamic range of Canon 20D? It will be useful as to combat rather avoid from taking photo in extremely high contrast scene whic is out of the camera dynamic range...

If at extremely high contrast you might also wanna use fill in flash? You can't capture the full dynamic range of nature with film, let alone digital...
