    maybe it means japanese garden? so far from wat i know no need to pay to get into chinese garden..

    Chinese garden free admission unless there's some event, e.g. lantern festival.
    The upcoming chinese new year event will also be free admission.
    Japanese garden is still under renovation.

    chinese garden is free admission except for certain portions. some of the exhibits require u to pay to enter eg. turtle exhibit and bonsai gardens.

    wat crysania said also applies
