Hi all,
Been busy lately, and was in Denmark for 2 weeks. Had experienced a hurricane there for the first time! Had trees uprooted, and my hotel had the front glass broken due to a blown off roof tile! Anyway, its winter, and there seems to be no insects to take, and where I was, it was not a tourist place...so had to make do. This is just a few shots I took. Appreciate any frank comments! I do more macro than others so please let me know what you think. Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Nice shots, I like to know if any PS done as I took many outdoor cloud shots but most are either out of focus/noisy, ie. not as great looking as yours.
Apprecite it, if you could share the technique /setting, etc . |

PS will not correct out of focus shots. A little out of focus....maybe. I use the FZ10 in Manual mode, and adjust the settings until I am happy with what I see on the EVF, and adjust the settings slightly for a few variations. PS: I use Levels, Curves, Contrast, and sometimes colour balance to make it more bluish. Settings Morning Sunrays: ExposureTime : 1/800Sec FNumber : F8.0 ExposureProgram : Manual ISOSpeedRatings : 100 The other 2 sunrays ExposureTime : 1/640Sec FNumber : F8.0 ExposureProgram : Manual ISOSpeedRatings : 100 Pines: ExposureTime : 1/500Sec FNumber : F2.8 ExposureProgram : Manual ISOSpeedRatings : 50

Wonderful shots! The framing style is excellent for the macro shots, somehow its abit distracting for landsacape pics....not sure if one agreed.

I like the style in the third picture very much, very nicely done... Actually i quite interested to see Tchuanye's photo before and after PS... to see how much difference it is to do a ps job on photo... Personally i like photo without PS done on it better... more dependent on the skill of the photographer... Some guys may beg to differ...
I find the trees in the second picture rather distracting espcially the two trees on the side, maybe it is juz me... Cheers... |

Wow... ur PS skills fantastic sia...
But actually ur framing skill so ii desu neh...Acutally i like the way u frame the third picture... very nice... For the second picture, i prefer the pre-PS version... dunno why... look nicer... a more natural feeling, maybe because u up to blue too much... Cheers... |
