Look more like a python to me (they are very good swimmers). I think sea snake don't pop up its head above the surface of the water to breath air in that manner.

Cheers

Yes I agree it could be a Python and its too long for a seasnake..

BTW, please PITY the poor snake, its gotta crawl on its belly
and get crushed by elephants and other big creatures and
they need the sun to become active.. very difficult life!

I've held a large king cobra before, it feels like a folded
umbrella.. very cold

all snakes swim but not necessary like swimming
seasnakes mostly swim below the surface and they are shorter and has a fin like tail.

I tot all sea snakes are venomous? I never heard of a marine constrictor before.

BTW, the Elegant and Stoke's sea snakes are known to reach above 2m in length. But they are unlikely to be found in SG.
