I got the FX2 earlier, with a 2.5" LCD protector at Cathay Photo. But once I got home the LCD protector does not fit the LCD screen fully, so I wonder where I can get one that fit nicely..... Please advise

gave up the harwey norman one already, so lousy quality. i just realised that the LCD is actually bigger than 2.5" where actual display in the center of 2.5", so any 2.5" screen protector won't fit i guess. will go and search ard again.
btw i''m using the original lumix one, though may consider a lowepro small case. |

I wonder where did you get that 2.5"? Coz the glass on the FX2/FX7 is definitely bigger than 2.5", probably 2.8"+/- if I am not wrong. I did not get a new protector, coz now broke from developing neg and slides Anyway I may go get a bigger protector at DOML in Chinatown (they moved there from Funan) and get them to cut nicely for me. |

Just saw this, actually you guys can go to www.purplemoo.com as they do customise size screen protectors to fit any device. They do not charge extras for customisation.
I've used quite a couple of protectors from them. They are very clear and thin enough not to cause any problems with sliding into cases like thick ones do. 4pcs in a pack is pretty cheap too. Hope this helps. |
