where to get sigma achromatic macro lens filter for sigma 70-300mm super apo II

hi,

i have read about this add on 1:1 life size macro add on lens filter to be used on the sigma 70-300mm super Apo II...

it is called the acromatic macro lens (dun know why called lens when it is a add on macro filter)....

a few questions here:

1. any idea where i can get this filter?
2. does anyone know the price for this add on macro filter?

saaw this on the web, apparently, this person is shooting with the macro filter..... very nice pics here...

Was told that Sigma no longer makes this. I've done some searches for it in the past and found that there are only a few online shops that still have it and they're mostly located in UK (this was about 5 months back).

Sigma's recommended replacement for this item is Canon's 500D Close-up lens (it's actually a two-element macro filter) that is available by order from most shops in SG.
