Under exposure with flash?

Hi Guys,

Read about the flash under exposure problems in Dpreview forum. But did not see anyone discussing it here. Wonder if it's just the Maxxum (US) batch only?

we have discussed... find that the problem mainly lies on the bounce... as in u use ADI instead of TTL.

under expose is definitely better than over expose...
