Default Newbie - sky shot (FZ20)

Shot this on the way back from the airport in a cab (23Dec04). Though the cloud looks unusual. Maybe he is telling us something which we know what now.

I stay in the west, is this kind of clouds common in the east ?

I've taken one that is similar to yours, except that it was in the morning, during May 2004, with a different composition.

Not really that common, but yes, it appears once in a while just like that.

You may want to observe during the evening, sometimes there are pretty good formation of the clouds.

There are a few times where I wanted to take, but most of the time when I was appreciating the formation , I was driving on the express way, cannot drive and take photo at the same time, though Ma Ta will not catch, but it is dangerous , and my cam most of the time is in the car booth.
