    Still have to buy batteries to power cameras leh.

    Until someone invents solar energy DSLRs then see prices for photography lagi free.

    But frankly, I think smaller rice bowls, Japanese style, looks nicer nowadays. I still have those old style "Cockaroo" (dun know how to spell) bowl, which have been with me since my Lim Chu Kang kampung days. These are priceless items I value a lot in my family.

    No choice, new houses are 60m2....so everything need to shrink to fit in....not enough....eat two bowls lor...

    the rice bowl has not shrunk in the last 15 yrs, esp if u consider govt-built rice bowl.
    in fact, more rice can go into the rice bowl due to shrinking no of ppl in the household eating the rice.

    however, those private shoebox sized rice bowls are another matter.
