I planning to buy a FZ3 Camera in singapore, i am new to singapore so any one in the forum please advice me where i can get fz3 wiht cheap price.

What is the current market price? and where i can get? How is the fz3 it's value for money?

Try Alan Photo at Sim Lim Square/Funan. Or Cathay Photo at Peninsula Plaza or MS color in Ang Mo Kio. Price should be $630 to $680 range.
