Default another first timer shot

hi guys first time trying out macro on my 105mm.
most of my shots are blur is it becoz handheld? i realised as i breathe, tend to move in and out of focus.
also how do you pros get such nice bright green colours? mine seem kind of dull. maybe it was already late afternoon? heard that got to go really early to get some nice shots.
all comments welcome! thanks!

Your shots are lack of DOF. Using macro lens, you need to stop down f8 or smaller to achieve good DOF ..
