    Are we legally allowed to photograph anyone in public areas, expect in toliets rite? And if we want to submit his/her/it image for public viewing, must get his permission rite?

    If someone confronts you, simply explain that (in U.S., at least) you have every right to photograph anyone in public places. If the person raises a stink, suggest calling the police, who can set the bozo straight. Always remember that YOU are in the right, legally speaking, when photographing in public places.
    this is singapore, again, few years ago, there was an article on asiaphoto pertaining to this issue, actually not an small issue, the article was forced to bring down...i think...........
