Hi,

It is MICA building - Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. It used to be called MITA building and have since underwent a name change. You can't miss it. Its the building with the colorful windows that is directly opposite the reverse bungy at Clarke Quay.

Cheers,
TPG
