Default How to adjust Contrast for laptops?

I wish to do a monitor calibration on a company's laptop... I don't seem to be able to find the contrast control. Only Brightness level and speaker volume only... Any idea if there's a Contrast control somewhere...?

Ok, really sounds like an Idiot's Guide question but first time doing calibration on a laptop! Thanks yah!

It should be in the display driver ... if you have loaded all the drivers and utilities correctly, then you should have a whole range of things you can tweak in the driver, eg. gamma, brightness, contrast. Try looking around the driver utilities, you may have missed it.

Even if it's not available, you can find out what card is used on your laptop, and see if you can download something from the OEM directly (eg. ATI, Nvidia), maybe that can allow you to do what you need to do.

Okie thanks. I thought it's a simple matter of pressing buttons only like out the Brightness control works. So I need to go to the driver.

Cos the laptop does not belong to me and I hardly use it.

    Anyway, thanks again!
