Default Durian/Marina Bay Park in IR

Some IR shots after so many wet days. Sky still overcast so could not get the IR effect there. Hopefully these are still acceptable. Comments please ...

# eight is a good shot...good angle, post process it a bit more and you can get an anime-like type shot, like in the movie Avalon..

good shots dude!

But you would notice that most of the shot (though not noticeable) have a glow at the centre. This is especially pronounced on the CBD shot.

This (I learnt from my previous IR shots) is probably due to long exposures.

Is there any reason you use a cir pol with the IR filter?

Thanks for the observation and solution, but I have slightly different findings.
I find the centre glow problem is related to:
(a) the lens used, certain lens have a more obvious "glow", opening the aperature will diffuse it slightly, whilst stopping down increases the intensity but in a smaller region. I suspect it's the internal reflections and the aperture blades.
(b) shooting directly into the sun, (#6 is the perfect example).

Anyone else with similiar and/or different observations?
