Hi guys. I'm trying to gather pple who wans to buy D70
MIGHT be getting from CP TOMORROW 3/1/05 with the help of our fellow Nikon guru "ESPN" ...

I've just called CP. Can get at $1700 if pay cash and 5 ppl buy.

I was offered $1700 plus a free Nikon bag ( the recent promotion package). Is it a good deal? or should I buy a second hand at $1450? thanks..... pls advise.

Which shop quoted you that?
seems pretty good to me...can the nikon bag take lenses as well?

There was a thread somewhere saying they could get a d70 kit for $1600.

U can get 2nd D70 at this time? I can't find one!!

He has a shop in Funan but was told not to reveal as it will spoil the market price. However, can close the deal in the shop with cash or nets. Was told that the bag can certainly take the lenses as well.

SAW THE BAG ON AUCTION at a price of $60 in yahoo.

As for the second hand......
I am contemplating to get it as I am on a tight budget or see which gives a better deal. How? Is it worth buying at $1450 as it has got only 4 months of warranty left.
