Rotated the camera on a relatively low shutter speed, 1/15, with flash.

Thanks. A bit of PS was done to increase contrast and USM but other wise the shot out of the camera is basically like that. I think it works with cameras that have some shutter delay like my slow ol' Canon A70. Same with the Khao San photo but that was a pan instead.
