    They just do not have the right scientific stuff to design NEW rockets that are not copied from the Russian SCUD. Russia and PRC should not teach NK.
    If NK continues failing like this, any nuclear test is dangerous for themselves. What if the nuclear device NK made is horribly wrongly designed, gets out of control and destroys part of NK?
