Default Photo sharing - cuttlefish

Okie... 2 more shots fr maldives... all comments welcomed, esp suggestions on how to improved the shots!

I know it is impossible, but i'd get at least to eye level of the creature.
Maybe something like this.

i find it quite hard to actually bring the cuttle fish out from the picture leh..

i like waisj one..

saw this at sipadan
really red!

lovells' kenken looks very cute. now i will have difficulties eating them.. *gulps*
hmm. i don't think i saw them at maldives. so sad. feel so cheated.

I agreed with Waisj... Also try not to shoot the cuttlefish against the coral...it tends to blend into the background.

My share of the cuttlefish.

bro, that's a squid or cuttlefish? i thought it's a squid. I always like shots liek this, brings out the subject. If only it is sharper. u got to have the eyes sharp, or in this case, the face.

wa, very nice, photosmart... siaoon did try to take such a shot on a night dive before.. with internal strobe, not easy!

siaoon, post it online leh..

Alot of ppl also tot is a squid....

No..its baby cuttlefish abt 3cm....

We saw a few fisherman pulling up fishing net and my dive guide went and managed to rescue a few of them.

We then brought them under and release them. Also at the same time..take a few photo lah

eerrr.. cannot compare lah...
mine super underexposed... did lotsa PS work to push it out..
hence very grainy...

but still like the position of the 2 squids loh..

heres the lousy attempt..
