I printed it out, read for killing time.

I notice that inside this guide, they keep comparing A2 with it. At their website, they claim that A200 is better than a DSLR as in weight, size etc...

So, what the heck is KM doing? Pro-consumer (A200) is better than a DSLR while the 7D (DSLR) is better than a Pro-consumer (A2) ? Confusing user.

Both comparison are correct actually.. The pro-consumers (A2/A200) are much lighter and smaller than any DSLRs around, and they are feature packed. DSLR has advantage over the image quality.. Its all depends on your needs thought.

Edit: There are more for comparision than those attribute that I've mentioned..

Give me a P&S and my wife a DSLR.. both not happy, once swop around.. both happy..

I think what KM is doing is to point out the advantages of the A200 over the 7D... afterall, the world buys more prosumers than SLRs (whether film or digital). The advantages of an SLR everyone knows but few may be aware of how well the A200 performs, almost like a proper DSLR. This targets those who may be put off by the price of a lens-interchangeable DSLR yet want DSLR features on their all-in-one prosumer which the A200 provides superbly.
