![]() Shot by Canon EOS 300D, 1/250, f/6.3, ISO100 @ 25mm focal length Went to Penang and stayed around the beachfront. Of cos, it wasn't a pretty sight (and smell), I juz wandered around the area and walked into a small kampong-like area beside the beachfront that was facing all those hotels. After taking a few shots of the kampong area, I recalled from a book (or was it someone here?) that some street photographers don't even bother aiming thru the viewfinder. Dying to know what kind of results an ameuter like me would produce, I stopped shooting, lowered my 300D, and keep my shutter firing when I was walking. Of cos, I don't know if u call this a lucky shot or wad. But here it is. ![]() I'm not sure what to name it. Can anyone give me any ideas? |

I oso want. But den I wasn't even looking thru my viewfinder as I'd said.
I simply held the cam in my right hand, lowered it to my hip level, switched to machine-gun mode before that and fired 3 rounds every 1sec. After reviewing all those blurred and useless shots this is the only one dat came out. An enlightening trip and taught me a valuable lesson. "Every millisecond counts as a photographer". Too bad I'm a slow and clumsy oaf. ![]() |
