Don, can use it to change TV channels or not?

cannot, my TV uses voice recognition to change channel one.

wahahahahhaa.... mine also use voice recognition 1...

oei, change to channel 55!!! hiak hiak hiak...

i only got 58mm R72 & 1000nm filter... but dun have a lense that is 58mm thread except for 50mm prime which is 49mm thread.

how about just place the filter in front of the lens and take a pic? don't need to screw, but just to test if 7D can take IR?

hmm... i go try later... i thought can just point any lens via any remote control, see got flashing light can liao rite...

but IR filter isn't cheap. so you gotta consider carefully.

er, i think since i picked up dynax5 & join the dark side, that word no longer apply hv seen some IR pictures before, pretty impressive...
